Mrs Muamba grew up in the heart of Jamaica and it was here that she fell in love with how food was prepared. She says “I don’t profess to be a chef but I’m a great cook. I’ve picked up my cooking skills from family and friends, places I’ve visited and everything around me.” After Fabrice Muamba, her husband and ex footballer almost lost his life, Mrs Muamba’s cooking sauces was born. All our products are made with love from the heart!

Caribbean Jerk Sauce
My Caribbean jerk will tease the taste buds and transport you to sunshine with every bite. Peppers, celery, spring onions are jazzed up with thyme and of course taste bud tingling scotch bonnet chillies! It’s great either used as a rub to marinate chops, ribs or wings which can be cooked in the oven or if the sun shines slap on the BBQ. Alternatively, why not have as a saucy dish – either way I’m sure you’ll love it!
Caribbean Curry Sauce
My curry spice blend is combined with coconut milk, onions, peppers and garlic – a fusion of Caribbean and Indian flavours. Great with goat but also delicious with lamb, chicken or vegetables! For a quick and easy meal why not serve with roti or chapatis.
Caribbean BBQ Sauce
My honey sweet and sticky BBQ sauce is a firm favourite in my family and I’m sure it will be in yours! It is great brushed onto ribs, chops or wings and cooked in the oven or if we’re lucky enough to have sunshine slap them on the BBQ! Alternatively, why not have it as a saucy dish and serve with rice and peas – either way it’s a winner!
